Part II: Incredibly Healthy Breakfast Ideas

March 29, 2023 by kevin in Healthy Living

The first steps to a healthier lifestyle are always small. An easy way to ease you into a healthy diet is by trying out some amazingly healthy breakfast meals. A good breakfast will set you up for the day and leave you feel great – not to mention you will eat fewer calories when eating well, which means you don’t need to worry about weight gain!

Here are more ideas for creating a truly healthy breakfast:

Quinoa Bowl

Quinoa is a wheat-like see that packs one hell of a nutritional punch, and is a fine addition to any breakfast meal!

It’s simple to make and can be found in most supermarkets and health stores. This super food contains massive amounts of proteins and fibers, as well as B-complex vitamins, vitamin E and healthy fatty acids. Other minerals you can expect to find in quinoa include copper, iron, magnesium, potassium and calcium. Talk about being healthy!

Add in some smoked salmon, chopped avocados and a fried egg and serve together in a bowl for one heck of a nutritional breakfast!

Fruity Pistachio Muesli

Muesli is easy to make, all you need is to combine oats with poppy and sesame seeds, and then add in some pistachio nuts for good measure. Toast this all together until a golden brown and enjoy with milk or yogurt.

Add in some fruit in the shape of sliced apples and figs for a sweet yet satisfying breakfast meal.

The nuts and seeds all offer numerous nutrients, including fiber and proteins, not to mention countless minerals such as copper, calcium (gained from the milk or yogurt too!) and manganese. These all provide great long-term health benefits as well, giving all the more reason to eat regularly!

Grapes Granola and Yogurt

This one is definitely for those mornings when you are in a rush but still want to ensure you have a healthy breakfast. It can even be packed into a travel mug for a parfait on the go!

Low-fat yogurt will make up the majority of this breakfast, providing you with lots of calcium and probiotics for a healthy digestive system.
Add in a granola mix for lots of heart-healthy whole grains, not to mention bundles of fiber that will leave you feeling fuller for longer, as well as keeping your intestines in top shape!

A cup of red or green grapes adds lots of fruity flavor to proceedings, along with antioxidants such as vitamin C.

Feel free to mix in any of your favorite fruits to add variety to this breakfast meal, allowing you to enjoy it frequently without getting tiresome.
