Here are some tips on how you could stop skipping workouts.

  1. Put your workouts in your daily planner. When you add it to your planner, you are likely to not miss the sessions as it is already planned. If your workouts are not planned and you have not made time for it, you are likely to miss it due to the other work in your schedule.
  2. Have a friend or partner with who you can workout. When you have a friend or a partner who goes along with you for a workout, the chances of you missing the workout sessions become low and they can also motivate you. Also, working out with a friend or a partner is fun.
  3. Start by taking small steps. If you are starting to workout, it is important that you start by taking small steps. Start small and then build on that routine. If you start with an elaborate workout routine, you are likely to become exhausted and won’t feel like going for the sessions.
