Winters call for a strong immunity, as with the onset of winters it is also the time, when several seasonal ailments like cold, cough, fever and infections are on the rise! Most people switch to warm drinks, dairy products or increase their protein intake to stay warm, but are these foods enough to keep you healthy, hydrated and warm?
