IPT is a newer version of this therapy where people can get relief from massive distress that has been affecting them for a really long time.

• Psychodynamic therapy – This is one of the more traditional therapies in which the factor employs in-depth conversations in an attempt to get an idea about the world of the patient. He or she then figures out the problem and diagnoses accordingly.
