March 10, 2023 by kevin in Workouts

Being fit and losing weight is in the air these days. But people who prefer losing weight through crash diets and boycotting food, don’t really know that this will be killing their health along with it. However, for people who know exactly what weight loss is and how it should be done, losing weight the healthy way keeps you fit permanently and your health isn’t compromised upon as well. For people who are looking forward to lose weight the right way, here are some really simple workouts through which they can start off at this journey of weight loss.

    1. Kettlebell:
If you are going to a gym, your instructor might hand over kettlebells to you as well. They are cast iron balls which are fitted along with a single handle. They make the best workout ever which allow you to burn up to 400 calories within 20 minutes. Not just this, it also enhances your balance and makes all of your muscles work greater. It also allows your body to burn fat in a very fast manner.

    2. Swimming:
For ladies who already do this…you are in quite a great shape! Swimming vibrantly for an hour manages to cut down 400-700 calories of yours. Swimming of all kinds are helpful in the weight loss program. There isn’t a specific move of swimming which tends to help you most. For pregnant women, swimming it said to be ideal in their last trimester.

    3. Cycling:
This is really easy to add up in the list of workouts and you don’t really need to rush to a gym for it even. If you don’t have time for gym, make cycling a part of your diet program. If you cycle for an hour, you are most likely to burn around 380-1100 calories from your body. This is some really big wow, isn’t it? Cycling goes easier on your joints and doesn’t make them crack or pain to endless limits. For recovery of muscle pain you can always take some protein.

    4. Running:
Walking is also a great workout for weight loss but running is better and faster. If you love running, then you are the lucky one here! Running for an hour helps you to burn almost 600 calories and also helps in making your bones strong. It also makes your heart beat at a much healthier rate and shields you against heart strokes and diseases like cancer.

    5. Cross Fit:
This workout is really not good for the beginners. But if you have been exercising for a month or so then you can go ahead with making this your option. It is an intense workout to burn down your body fat in a very rapid way. In cross fit, you won’t explore the same exercise routine for two consecutive days. One day you might do 20 pull-ups and the other day you might be doing push-ups. This workout is best for people who have a fitness trainer.
