Superfoods are all the rage these days. It’s no wonder when you consider the sheer volume of nutrition and minerals found in most of them, and regularly consuming these can have incredible health benefits!

Some can be consumed on their own, or as part of a meal, but smoothies and juices provide one of the tastiest ways to consume them – plus you get the added benefits of the other foods used too!

Have a look at more superfoods you should definitely be introducing into your diet:

Goji Berries

Goji berries are easily one of the most delicious superfoods out there, making them all the more enjoyable!

With over 20 minerals alone, it’s clear to see why goji berries have become increasingly popular in recent years. Not only that, you can find high levels of antioxidants and amino acids, as well as many other minerals. They have been a mainstay in many diets throughout Asia, and have been linked with helping improve vision and strengthen the immune system.

Avocado

Avocados are certainly one of the most recognizable superfoods out there and one of the tastiest too!

The fruit can be eaten on its own, made into guacamole, make a fine butter, and taste phenomenal in smoothies. Healthy fats that aim to promote good heart health are found in abundance in avocados, as too are vitamins, with over 20 present.

Acai

This Brazilian berry is an amazing fruit that is one of the best superfoods out there. One popular aspect regarding them is the help with weight loss, as acai keeps you feeling full for a long time.

Better than that though is the presence of antioxidants, which provide you with bundles of energy and can improve focus too. This makes them a great food for any fitness freaks as well as dieters, but we can all benefit from having more of this sweet berry in our diets.

Looking for a helpful boost of fiber and protein? Acai is a great choice.

It can be made in many different ways, with both berries and dry powder readily available.

Be sure to try to add a few of these superfoods into your diet – the benefits are immense and will go a long way to provide you with a healthy lifestyle!
