• Toxic friends – your surroundings greatly influence your happiness and the anchors that are actually putting you down could be people in disguise as friends. Its time you cut on those toxic friends and find positive friends who will lift and inspire you at every step in your life.

• Attachment to results – don’t you do everything for the expectation of results? Yes but that makes you vulnerable. So whatever you do in your life, do it irrespective of the results that you want. so let go of the attachments and you will be better off and enjoy your progress.

• The constant chase for money – everyone is running after money and it indeed is important to lead a life. But make sure you only get how much is necessary for you. Cut on the constant chase of making more and stay satisfied with whatever you have made for yourself.

• Run after love – it’s useless running after love. love will eventually come to you in the right place at the right time. So don’t chase behind it, instead sit back and lead life peacefully, love will come when it has to.

• Social media – social media can be really addictive but it drains you and makes your brain hollow. If you want true happiness then let go of your social media account and focus on maintaining a wholesome and healthy life in reality.
