Studies have shown that meditation or Yoga can help to activate the relaxation response. The nervous system rejects the fight response associated with stress, which powers emotional well-being. It ensures a healthy mind in a healthy body.

1. Do you Maintain a Healthy Weight?

Check whether your BMI is between 18-25. To calculate BMI, divide your weight in kilogram by your height in meters and then divide the result by your height in meters again to get the BMI. For instance, a person weighing 75 kg with a height of 1.524 meter has a BMI of 32.29 kg /m2, which is class I obese.
