Do not be intimate with people if you do not want to be. It is a dangerous act if you force yourself to be physically intimate with someone. This is a very important boundary to set your your own well-being.

It is a very good habit to inculcate heling others but you should not try to be everything for everyone. This is something that goes beyond a humans capacity and it will take a toll on your health.
