Part I: Incredibly Healthy Breakfast Ideas

For anyone looking forward to getting on more of a health kick, the easiest way to ease into the process is changing your diet. Healthy lifestyles are based on eating well and doing enough exercise, yet for money one comes much harder than the other. Eating well will make you feel much better in no time at all, which makes things like working out much easier, giving you the motivation and energy to kick on.

A healthy diet always starts at the beginning of the day. The old saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day rings true, for the most part – it provides you with the energy to set about your daily goals, and a proper breakfast should leave you full and satisfied all the way until lunch!

These breakfast ideas are simple to make and can be rustled up in no time at all, and is a great way to dip your toes into the waters of healthy eating.

Avocado on Muffins with a Hard-Boiled Egg

Nothing complex here, simply boil and egg to your liking and serve alongside English muffins topped with slices of avocado and a dash of dill mustard. Ensure the muffins are whole wheat to provide you with plenty of nutrition value, including fiber!

Avocados not only taste amazing but are packed full of goodness too, namely being rich in fats – don’t worry though, it’s the healthy types we should be eating more of! The mustard adds a punch of flavor throughout the dish. The egg gives you a lovely creamy addition to the meal not to mention a good dose of protein!

Scrambled Eggs with Pesto, Beans and Tomatoes

Eggs again, they really are jam-packed with protein, making them the perfect addition to any breakfast meal! Cooking them with low-fat milk should also make them that bit healthier.

Combining these with cherry tomatoes offers a great amount of nutritional goodness too, with fiber, protein and vitamin C to name a few. The addition of dry beans brings you even more nutrition, including protein and carbohydrates that will keep you energized for hours.

The pesto will really enhance the flavor of this breakfast, and for those will a large appetite, enjoy on top of whole-grain toast!
