March 31, 2023 by kevin in Workouts

Fitness doesn’t come easy for some. While many love to spend hours at the gym or out and about keeping fit, there are a lot of us who struggle to do so. It could be through confidence, lack of interest or just not having the time to do some exercise – there is a large chunk of people who don’t even bother.

Ten minute work outs, are perfect for any newbies or people who just don’t like long and complicated workout routines. We are recommended to do at least 30 minutes exercise five days a week, yet the figure is impossible for many. Ten minute workouts on the other hand, are relatively simple to learn, don’t take long (it’s in the name after all!) and can be done with little to no equipment.

Why They Are Good for You

Exercise does wonders to our bodies. Keeping them in tip top shape, fitness increases levels of our immune system, helps to burn calories therefore battling weight gain as well as increasing our positive moods. Ten minute workouts offer short bursts of exercise that still goes a long way in helping your body. One of the best aspects about ten minute workouts are the fact that they can be done any place at any time. The start of the day is a popular time for most people, it’s a great way to improve your mood and general feelings early on, leading to a more productive and satisfying day.
Others prefer to squeeze it in on a lunch break. It can be easy enough to do, and be as simple as a ten minute power walk. It can help clear you mind and refocus for the rest of the day. People at work can feel more energised, powering through the remainder of the work day with ease.
Workouts in the evening offer the most flexibility, especially for those who have busy work and home lives. Looking up a quick routine can be done with ease, and you can do your exercise from the comfort of you home, which is perfect for those who don’t want to go out and about. Going for walks, or taking a swimming for ten minutes is still a great way to increase fitness, which can lead to healthier lifestyle all round.

    Progression

The best part about ten minute workouts, are that they are a gateway to an even healthier lifestyle. Those who successfully implement these routines will notice the differences rather quickly. As soon as you start to feel better with your mind and body, you will be more open to trying something a little more challenging.
