Take regular weekend getaways to serene destinations
If you want to relax your mind, then ensure to travel to quiet, peaceful and serene destinations. Try to find suitable ones with beautiful scenery, low population and open spaces where you can take walks, watch the flora and fauna and relax and unwind. Getting away to a peaceful, serene environment will relax not just your mind but the body as well.
Take your workouts to exotic destinations
You may be used to working out in gyms, at home, the park and so on. You can switch venues and occasionally travel to nearby places such as the hills or open grounds for your workouts. This change of atmosphere and scenery will greatly improve your mind while working away from noisy and polluted environments makes it easier for you to work out.
You also need to eat a healthy diet with plenty of vegetables, lots of fruits, whole grains and drink lots of water. If you can maintain such a lifestyle, then you will be fit, healthy and stress free.
